I am quite fond of &#039;Schilcher und der Kürbis&#039; which combines two of the local specialities - pumpkin and Schilcher, a very dry but fun rosé wine.</description>

		<description>Bagnew - Yes, you can definitely dunk bacon in melted chocolate. I find they&#039;re best salted and stuck in the freezer. They get soft quickly, so keeping them in the freezer gives them a nice, hard consistency. (Or you could temper the chocolate, but I&#039;ve never had the patience.)

The Vosges bacon bar is a deep milk chocolate, so it&#039;s too dark for my tastes. Which is why I make my own. But be careful - once you start, it&#039;s hard to stop.</description>

I recently got sent a selection box from Zotter (I e-mailed them!) but haven&#039;t been brave enough to try this one yet. I have tried some of their other flavours and have been pretty impressed so far! 

Give them a mail yourself - I am sure they would be more than happy to send across a selection for you!
