Maestrani Raspberry Bar

Swiss organic raspberry, the box proudly proclaims to us. A white chocolate bar that’s been dyed pink, and filled with 7% freeze-dried raspberries. Yum yum.

There’s not much else to this bar really except for the quite interesting lemon powder in the ingredients. There’s actually hardly any ingredients here, which is quite nice.

So, as mentioned, the bar is pink. It kinda surprised me when I opened it because I hardly even looked at the box, and just opened the foil wrapper to find a pink bar with little dark pink bits in staring at me. Being white chocolate, the bar is quite sweet and doesn’t have loads of flavour itself, but the raspberry is quite strong.

It’s obviously especially strong when the raspberry bits are on your tongue, and they’re quite tangy and obviously fruity. I really enjoyed the bar, and actually scoffed it a little bit too quickly to give it a hugely in depth review, but that’s gotta be a good thing. What was there I definitely enjoyed a lot.
