I’ve had two of these bloody huge things already and to be fair, I was half expecting this to be dark chocolate to go with the milk chocolate Santa and white chocolate Snowman, alas, this is also milk chocolate. Fair enough.

It makes it seem a little bit redundant. Why stop at a reindeer? Why not go for a penguin, or…I don’t know, a Christmas tree, or something else. Either have one milk chocolate thing, or have many, or even it out with another white chocolate thing (I really can’t think of another word to describe these). I don’t know why I’m complaining, it’s not as if 200g of Thorntons chocolate is a bad thing.

Now at this point, you know where you are with these. Calling it samey is doing it a rather large injustice, but to a point it kinda is. Of course it’s lovely, though it all melted on me a little bit quicker than how I would have liked, but let’s not deny that this is a really nice bit of chocolate. 200g of it is overkill, but it’s easy enough to stick it back in its plastic tray and back in the box. I enjoyed this just as much as the others, and while I can’t remember the prices now, I’m sure they’re well worth the money, you’ll just have to wait until Christmas again.
