Beech’s Santas and Snowmen

I’ve reviewed some of Beech’s stuff in the past and found it a little underwhelming. For a company that’s been going since 1920 they sure do seem to operate under the radar a little bit. Here we have another seasonal edition from them, milk chocolate santas and snowmen filled with soft caramel.

This 100g box looks nice enough, a bit tacky and cartoony but I guess that’s what they were going for. Inside is a plain black plastic tray filled with 5 snowmen, and 5 santas. They look ok, quite plain again, nothing special and all identical.

They all taste pretty good though, I actually really liked them. The milk chocolate isn’t a great quality, neither is the caramel but it has a strong taste which I love. It’s quite sweet, but again I like that, and the chocolate isn’t overly sweet so it somewhat offsets it. They neither look not taste great but there’s something about these that are just real good.
