I still have quite a few Christmassy and seasonal things to review, so here’s the first. This is a huge, 200g chocolate Santa Claus from Thorntons.

Mainly milk chocolate, this also has white and dark chocolate decorations on. The box and the Santa itself are huge, so it was hard to take decent pictures of them. It looks pretty though, it’s a red theme of course because of it being Father Christmas and there’s lots of pretty pictures on it.

The Santa itself is a work of art. Like I said, it’s massive, and of course hollow. The chocolate itself is quite thick though, especially at the top and bottom. It’s way thicker than an Easter Egg for example. The taste is fairly nice, fairly plain. It gets quite samey and sickly after awhile, but that’s because there’s 200g of it!

The white and dark chocolate really are for decoration, they can hardly be tasted, but this is a rather nice product. Lovely to look at, even nicer to eat. I doubt you’ll find it now but next Christmas this’d make a nice, inexpensive stocking filler.
