Hotel Chocolat Bells & Baubles

December 9th, 2008 by Terry

Hotel Chocolat didn’t just send me one slightly random Christmas product to review, they sent me this too! Here we have some bells and baubles, those things you hang from your Christmas tree, only in milk chocolate form. Yum.

The box is slightly similar to the Best Dressed Snowman, with the white and red theme and little snowflakes on it. There’s a nice big picture of a bell and bauble and it looks really nice. They get all the information on there without it being crowded, and they basically tell you to get onto their website if you want lots of information.

They do say on the box that these 40% milk chocolate bells and baubles are too nice to hang on the tree, so I needed no other excuse to munch on them. Inside the long, thin box are two trays, one sitting on top of the other. Inside each tray are five bells and baubles, for an obvious total of ten.

The bells and baubles are very nice. They’re up to the Hotel Chocolat high quality standard. It would be easy for them to skimp a bit on these, lower the quality a bit, who’s gonna notice? But they didn’t, these are every bit as well manufactured as their slabs and other bars, and it shows. Very nice, they’d be a great gift for someone for Christmas.
