Debby – “Barely passable” is far too much of a compliment for them.

Ellie – Hardy har har, aren’t you just as witty as ever? If they put the profits into improving the chocolate they’d have less for putting into their own pockets though, or whatever it is they do with the profits.

Yes, seeing as they are one of the biggest manufacturers in the world (as opposed to the universe in general where there are many many more), you would think they’d put some of the profit into improving their sicky chocolate.

I’m an American, and I also don’t like Hershey’s chocolate. It was fine as a child, but now it just tastes like chalk. At least Hershey KitKats are edible, plain ol’ Hershey Bars are barely passable as chocolate.

jMo – Apologies, I know a lot of American people and some of the things they say make me cry tears of rage. But a post just for me! What an honour!

Cybele – They would have been from this year but I can’t remember the date on them (fairly sure it was some strange code). The British Kit Kat is the original and best, try it sometime if you haven’t.

Ellie – I just hate how they’re one of, if not the biggest chocolate manufacturer in the world, yet their quality of chocolate has to be one of the worst, it’s so disappointing. And that marshmallow bar was, funnily enough, made by Nestlé.

“I hate Hersheys so much” – lol! You can’t keep the hatred out of this post. I hate them too, and also I’ve never heard of a company taking another company’s bar hostage like that – that’s not usual is it?
jMo- must disagree with you I’m afraid. Kit Kat is all about the chocolate because if wafer is the main focus of a bar, well then it’s pretty much tasteless isn’t it? Like that weird marshmallow wafer that was reviewed here a few weeks ago.

Christmas KitKats? Are you sure they were from this year?

I’ve had Canadian & American side by side and I think the chocolate on both of them sucks. American is sweet and grainy, Canadian was waxy and flavorless.

(Japanese is the way to go, more dairy taste to the chocolate.)

Yikes, calm down sweetie. I’m sure you’ve realized (realised) by now that a lot of candy isn’t about the chocolate. And this is one of them. Had a Reese’s the other day that tasted pretty much the same as a Kit Kat with peanut butter. Neither good nor bad enough to write about.
I might have to do a post just for you.
