Ritter Sport Joghurt

June 13th, 2008 by Terry

Joghurt, i.e. yoghurt. 30% cocoa solids milk chocolate with skimmed milk-yoghurt cream (45%) in the centre of the bar. Delicious, right? Well, I think it sounds pretty good anyway.

The wrapper is a nice white colour, to signify the yoghurt, and as can be seen there’s the yoghurt filling inside the milk chocolate.

And that’s exactly what it looks like too, with there being a thin covering of milk chocolate, and a very thick amount of yoghurt cream in the middle. This gives it a creamy, and ever so slightly tangy flavour in certain places.

Overall, another very nice bar, and recommended again. It’s a little bit different, and it’s an interesting choice for a filling. Give it a try if you see it around.

I had some last night, as it happens. You can get it in ALDI. It’s absolutely delicious – it has a sourness to it.

Nick D – Sadly my closest Aldi is a monstrous 20 miles away, same with Lidl. It DOES have a sourness to it though, I called it tangy in the review but either way works.
