Nestlé Premium Strawberry Kit Kat

April 14th, 2008 by Terry

More Japanese Kit Kats! This is an interesting one, another Spring edition, Premium Strawberry flavour. Like I’ve said previously, Japan has their seasonal editions down to a tee, and from the looks of things, this is no different.

So like all standard Japanese Kit Kats, this comes in a pretty box, with there being two separate packs inside, and each pack containing two fingers. Over packaged? Maybe. Very pretty? Definitely.

Pink is definitely the theme here, right the way from the box down to the actual Kit Kats themselves. They look extremely pretty, and smell nice too.

The taste though is where this bar becomes a real winner. The Kit Kat formula is plain - wafer, chocolate, and a distinct flavour. This is a really delicious strawberry flavour, it doesn’t taste artificial, it has a very fruity, tangy taste to it that mixes really well with the chocolate, which I’m fairly sure is white chocolate.

There is pink cream within the wafer which is where so much of the flavour comes from. There’s really not enough strawberry flavoured chocolate on the market, I can’t see why because it’s a great combo, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get these before they stop being sold.

Each pack has 120 calories, 0.77g Protein, 13.4g Carbohydrates and 7g Fat.

Terry where do you get all these wonderful Japense products from?

I’m not usually a fan of flavored white chocolate products, but you’re right, the Japanese KitKat is really tasty. It’s like a fresh strawberry smoothie.

J-List, I’ve got a nice colourful banner on the right hand column of the site if you scroll down.
