Cadbury Creme Egg Minis

Well, Easter may be over, but Easter products are still about and, in fact, on the cheap. Hence there’ll be a few more Easter-like reviews as I do enjoy a good bargain.
This little packet comes from Cadbury, and it doesn’t take a genius to work out what these are. They are, well, Creme Eggs, in mini format.
So I’ve reviewed Creme Eggs in the past - a milk chocolate egg with a sweet, almost tasteless and yet still delicious fondant creme.
So what happens when you make a successful chocolate product? You minimize it and put it in a bag, and here we are with our “funsize” (I never understood that term) Creme Eggs. These hardly even need a review because of how obvious it is to explain.
There’s not a huge amount of fondant here, but what I do like is that they can be eaten by the handful, and hence it’s like a somewhat larger Creme Egg due to the weight (57.5g). Other than that though…it’s self explanatory, and these are really only worth picking up if you can’t find Creme Eggs anywhere, or these are on the cheap.

I dont know how much I like the idea of these. Call me strange but one of my reasons for loving normal sized creme eggs was the same reason people love peanut butter cups… you can eat it your own unique way… I like to scoop the creme out with my tongue… Would be very difficult to dn with these.
