Lindt Swiss Classic Double Milk Bar

Another in the ‘Swiss Classic’ range from Lindt, I reviewed the ordinary milk chocolate bar last week and was a little underwhelmed by it. Whilst a creamy, good milk chocolate bar in its own right, I felt like it was missing something, something that this bar has.
What it was missing was…more milk. Sounds crazy, but that’s what this bar has and it’s a whole lot better than the standard bar. This is an ordinary milk chocolate bar with a milk ‘filling’, somewhat similar to the Lindor bar, or the Petit Desserts bars.
It comes in the same 125g block format, and looks the same, but smells incredibly creamy and absolutely delicious. That’s essentially how it tastes as well, it’s so European with its rich, creamy taste and smooth texture, and it’s so damn moreish too.
The bottom line is that this bar is superb. It’s sweet, creamy, milky and chocolatey. It’s everything that a good milk chocolate bar should be, and it left me wanting more despite being such a beast. Highly recommended for any chocolate lover.

I love this bar too, in fact I had so much of this at some point that I got a little sick of it. Didn’t think that was possible, but it was! The cure was the normal Lindt milk chocolate bar and after that I loved this one again!

I was about to say…sick of Lindt? Surely not possible! Haha, love the cure though, great idea.
