Vosges Woolloomooloo Bar

Roasted & salted macadamia nuts, Indonesian coconut, hemp seeds and 41% cocoa solids deep milk chocolate. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

This bar has an amazing combination of both salty and sweet. The nuts are really, really salty, especially after having sweet milk chocolate in your mouth.

Unfortunately I felt this bar failed to live up to what I expected from it. The hemp seed doesn’t seem to add anything, the nuts simply confuse my taste buds with the sweet-salty combo, and the coconut could hardly be tasted.

I feel that this perhaps could and should be the best bar in Vosges’ range, yet it requires a better balance of the ingredients, as it’s just not quite there for me.
