Cadbury Crunchie
I used to be a really big fan of Crunchies, every Friday night me and my family would sit round and watch Coronation Street, which at one point I’m sure had adverts for Crunchies, and the feeling would take me and I’d go and eat 10. Things are a little different nowadays though…
Crunchies are basically these long bars of just honeycomb, that’s then covered in a thin layer of Cadbury’s milk chocolate. There’s literally nothing more to this. So here is a real hit or miss bar, or in my case, it’s a hit…and a miss.
Why’s that? Because I love honeycomb, but I’ll be darned if this didn’t kill my teeth whilst eating it. The taste is great, the honeycomb is really good, crunchy but airy at the same time, sticking right into your teeth like the stuff does, with the chocolate mixed around as well. But my oh my, the pains of eating it…
It’s a shame, I really like this but I won’t eat it again because of the pains it gave me. Still, if you want a low calorie and tasty chocolate, look no further. This bar has 160 calories, 0.9g Protein, 16.3g Carbohydrates and 4.4g Fat.

i remember the crunchie ads at corrie adbreaks! were they the ones on the rollercoaster? either way it’s like biting pure sugar, in a lovely sort of way but not enough to make me buy them. best left in the memory box maybe.
