Galaxy Hazelnut

July 27th, 2007 by Terry

After yesterday’s Fruit & Hazelnut bar, now comes the pure hazelnut and chocolate Galaxy bar. Likewise, Cadbury’s do a similar Dairy Milk bar.

The packaging here is all brown, a mix of light and dark brown. Looking back on this now, it means the blue packaging from yesterday’s Fruit & Hazelnut bar was meant to represent the sultanas, and the dark brown here represents the hazelnuts. Once again there are some hazelnuts sitting nicely in the corner.

Same size bar means the same 5 breakable pieces, and this time round the hazelnuts are much bigger. Galaxy don’t skimp on them either, which is impressive. They go well with the chocolate, though at times they overpower it completely.

I think this is a good bar, though in terms of hazelnutty chocolate, there are better out there. Still, it’s not bad by any means, so you might wanna check this one out. It has 273 calories, 3.7g of Protein, 23.2g of Carbohydrates and 18.4g of Fat.
