Nobody seems to remember or even mention the Fry's Creme Egg. It used to be ten times better then the relatively new sickly sweet horrible Cadbury's cream eggs. The Fry's egg used to be in two distinct halves, with a wonderful white & yellow for the yolk creme filling with a slight coconut texture. Can nobody remember this product of the 50's when I was a child. Worse thing ever that Cadbury's took over Fry's - ruined their products & stole they're name !

Its not dicontinued, they still make it. I love all three: Orange, mint and the original. I wouldnt say they are much like a creme egg, in my honest opinion creme eggs are the much sweeter of the two but I love both. Plus the fondant of these bars is a lot firmer than runny creme eggs.

Anyone who love mint choc (like after eight) should try the mint ones, they are delicious

Poppy - As far as I'm aware that bar has been discontinued for a good year or two now. Shame really as I never tried it.

LOVE FRY'S CREME!

Although sweet the dark chocolate contrasts really well with the fondant centre. Definitely worth trying at least!
